Right and period of withdrawal

The customer has the legal right to withdraw, without having to justify any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by the customer of the product ordered on the Site.

If the order is made up of several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period for all the products concerned by this order runs from the date of receipt of the last product.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify RON FIELDS NUTRITION EUROPE SARL of his intention to withdraw, before the expiration of the applicable withdrawal period. To do this, he can use the following methods in particular:
